Probably the best customer service Ive ever experienced from any business in my entire life. I was feeling extremely ill and ordered an IV which was very quick and easy to do via whatsapp. It was administered professionally and, after, he even went out of his way to purchase me medication and soup. That was something i am very grateful for as i was in no position to be walking outside given how i felt at the time. Later that evening he stopped back at my hotel (and refused to accept payment for the return visit) to provide medication, test my vital signs, and otherwise make sure I was ok.
